CONGRATULATIONS to all affiliates with any sales at all… Keep in mind that I currently have FIFTY-FIVE affiliates with only one sale apiece, you can tell that I have had a LOT of people try hard to get started affiliating with this launch. I’m really glad you all showed up to lend your support of our great product, and you’ll be happy to hear that the plans for SSS version 3 are Already on paper!

That’s right, SSS will continue to develop and grow until it is literally impossible for someone to refund it… Once they buy it they’ll know that they’ll lose more in a refund instantly than they could possibly get back!

So keep an eye out for that in the Fall, and at that time we’ll make this launch look like small potatoes… Somehow.

Which it was not! -I had an incredible time and the action on the last 5 hours was so fast-paced I couldn’t watch at one point. -Todd and Michelle have both proven themselves to be Superaffiliates by anyone’s book, with EACH of them outselling Liz Tomey’s number of sales by far from the first launch!

It was only in the last hour that Todd pulled ahead enough for it to be enough. Congrats to him for a stellar last-ditch effort.

What’s next?

The Banners have been rotated and tested, the sales pages both are proven converters, and the rebrandable eBook has received rave reviews. Even Todd has made a Presale Video for affiliate worldwide to promote Surefire Success with. -I am going to keep the current sales structure as it is and all your links will continue to work for a long, long time.

There’s no need to stop promoting anytime soon! -The product is just going to keep getting better and better, and the Affiliate Resources will keep piling up.

With on-page conversions around 5% for many of our affiliates this week, even PayPerClick makes a lot of sense for promoting Surefire Success with. (If you know what you’re doing with PPC, of course.) So why move on to the next launch with a healthy $42.13 per sale at 5% conversion here? Especially after you’ve taken the time to learn about the program & do the work that you did?

It would be easier and likely more profitable to just keep promoting SSS. Run the numbers and you’ll see for yourself.

I just can’t express how exciting this last day has become! Traffic is easily as high as the first day of the contest, as are sales, and the positions are changing so fast I can’t refresh my screen fast enough to keep up with it all!

With only hours left to go in the contest, the 1st place seat has now been traded THREE TIMES today!! If Todd and Michelle keep up this constant 1-upping contest It’s going to be really difficult for me to pick a winner tonight.

Pretty much all spots are being juggled on across the board. MANY marketers have waited until today to make their push, so if you were one of the few today to not make a push, then I don’t care how far up you were in the rankings, be prepared tonight to see your name slide waaaaaay down!

Just for the record, the winners will be chosen right at Midnight tonight Eastern time. That’s 5 hours and 11 minutes from now as I write this.

At that time I’ll total it all up, by NET sales at that moment and then by the MOST traffic sent so there are no tied positions. That ensures I award performance first and then hard work second.

             24 Hours to go, or a little less actually, and we have seen some tremendous Traffic and Sales already today.

Many times throughout the day we had people lose a position and then gain it back… At one point the 3rd through 6th places had all changed and now they’ve almost come back full circle.

One thing is for sure, every spot on the board is still up for grabs by the person beneath it… Michelle sent out a killer email to her list today to move her Much closer to Todd’s spot, and Adrian did the same to move up past Jeff, Matt and Ben, pretty close to Michelle! (Go Adrian!)

At any rate, as you read this you’ve got one last chance to grab the spot above you, (Or two spots up) so take your time, plan it well, and don’t blow it.

Since every spot below the 3rd place spot is only 1 sale away from the spot below it, every last one of you is  only one sale away from jumping to the next prize up!

-That’s a great way for us to start the last day of the contest, because I know at this time tomorrow the board will look entirely different!

Since sales were back up to the point they were last Friday, I honestly think tomorrow will be our best day of sales during this contest, period. Most of you still have yet to hand out the rebrandable eBook yet, and a few of you I’m sure will add your own bonuses or personal rebates in order to get more sales.

A Quick word on that… I’m all for you adding whatever you can think of to grab more sales, that’s always been a great way for me to double or sometimes triple my conversions. However I had one affiliate claim that his $25 rebate would be instant, (I think he just worded it too vaguely) and naturally his 5 customers all sent ME customer support tickets demanding their $25 right then and there!

So PLEASE folks, make sure you very explicitly spell out the rebate process in your offer if you choose to use one. Make sure they know it’s you and not me that is handing over the cash, product, or whatever you’re throwing in the pot.

Other than that, have a ball… Bribes work better than anything else I know online to increase your sales.

               Well it had to happen sooner or later, we have officially hit the lowpoint.

We only made a couple dozen sales today, but I know exactly why that is… It’s that damn Irish Bad Luck! People are out at parades and drinking green beer at the pubs today, they aren’t at home shopping for internet marketing products… Unless those are green too.

Another reason that might have a lot more to do with it is Jeff Dedrick launched his Viral Unlimited program. My inbox usually had three or four email from you guys about SSS lately, and today it didn’t have any… But it had about 10 for Jeff’s VU in it instead!

(Or it could just be a Monday… This was just a bad day all around.)

Further, we had two more returns today, so we are up to a total of 3 returns so far out of multiple hundreds of sales.

So I’m going to write that off as a vacation day… Just don’t let it happen again!

I know you keep hearing from me that I’m surprised by the amount of sales we’re getting, but I just can’t stress it enough… Today didn’t act like a weekend day at all. No new big-name JVs even promoted today that I know of.

Despite all that, it was a very good day for sales, as I’d hoped, lots of people are at home on the computer on Sunday afternoons. We’re closing in on yesterday’s awesome total now… We could in fact sell more today!

To top it off, we still haven’t had a 2nd refund yet out of these hundreds of sales! -I was expecting at least a dozen by now, but it appears that no one wants to let go of their access to the membership site! (That’s where all the really cool toys are.)

Not too much change here, but we did finally get my Neighbor Ken on the board, and Ben Shaffer did a small weekend push. Still, no one here is approaching the incredibly high conversion percentage of newcomer Jeff Greer though, and if he would just answer my email I’m going to try to find out how in the heck he’s doing that!

Again, I’ll start reporting all 20 placements on Monday through the end of the contest, most are still just a few hits away from each other.

I must have done an incredible job finding Affiliates for this launch, because the majority of sales are still ‘long tail’ sales… Meaning that over 50 percent are from affiliates with just one or two sales in total.

So let’s see how that changes on Monday or Tuesday when some of the Bigger marketers show up to promote.

Considering it’s a Friday and the mindset out there is for people to Party, not make money, I think we did pretty good.

In my experience a launch has a sharp peak on the first day, and a taller, sharper peak on the last day… Well today’s sales made yesterday’s peak not so sharp! -We sold almost half again! - Any way you look at it, this launch has already paid off all my hard work… The rest is gravy for me.

So let’s concentrate on you. I’ve gotten in touch with a few bigger names who will be promoting early next week, and each of them sound anxious as people are starting to recognize the extreme value they can sell for only $97. (or actually $77)

(So if you want one of our 20 prizes, get your stuff out before those guys get here!)

Todd Gross reminded me tonight that this product keeps on giving… I really feel like it’s possible we won’t see many returns at all, in fact… Today we had our Very first one in fact, someone in Asia. Just one out of way over a hundred sales! -It’s pretty unheard of for anyone’s launch. (I know of a recent launch with over 75% returns!)

A reminder: When two or more people have tied for the same amount of sales, it is their number of Hits, as seen by my EasyClickMate panel that will decide the winner. -So Make sure you’re using the ECM Link and NOT Just the regular Clickbank link!
